Job Title: People Coordinator

Location: Central London

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

Employment Type: Full-Time

Our client is a premier project and development management company specializing in delivering bespoke luxury properties for high-net-worth individuals worldwide. With projects ranging from high-end residences in luxury estates to bespoke hotels across the globe, they set the standard for excellence in the industry.

The primary office is located in a beautifully refurbished space near a major transportation hub.

The Role:

As a People Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our HR and Operations teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities while also supporting operational and technological projects. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for people and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

  • Operations Support: Assist the Director of Operations & Technology with tasks such as report generation, coordinating small projects, and developing dashboards.
  • Employee Engagement & Communications: Support the development and delivery of internal communications, including company updates, and engagement surveys. You'll help keep our team informed and connected across multiple locations.
  • Learning & Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops, ensuring they are engaging and impactful.
  • Project Involvement: Participate in and lead various People and Culture projects, from the complete review of our employee handbook to business continuity planning.

Educational Background: A degree in HR or similar (Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field) is preferred.

Personality: We're looking for someone ambitious, who gravitates towards taking initiative, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team.
