Youth Support Services Supervisor

Job Summary:
Nurtured Future Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children and Young People Team Lead to join our team of professionals who provide care and support to vulnerable children and young people in our residential settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to promote the social, physical, emotional, intellectual, and moral development of the children and young people in our care.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they are equipped to meet the complex needs of the children and young people.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of the children and young people.
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure the children and young people receive the best possible support and services.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months of experience in a children's residential setting in a senior or team lead position.
- NVQ/Diploma Level 3, or equivalent, in Children & Young People.
- Excellent understanding of safeguarding children and young people.
- Preferred - Driver with full UK driving licence.
