Kitchen Supervisor

The care sector is a dynamic and rewarding environment where no two days are the same. We're seeking a skilled and resilient individual to join our team as a Chef at HC-One. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for managing the culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

• Manage the kitchen team to deliver nutritious and healthy meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
• Plan and prepare menus, taking into account cultural and special dietary requirements.
• Oversee the maintenance of kitchen equipment and supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Complete necessary paperwork, including COSHH and HACCP, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist with special events, such as birthday celebrations and holiday parties.

We're looking for a qualified and experienced Chef with a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service. You'll need to possess a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. A minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery are essential.
