Chef Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef supervisor to support our team and ensure the efficient and effective running of the kitchen.

You must be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with strong communication skills.
You will be hands on with an eye for detail, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.

Full Time - 40hrs // 7am - 3pm
30k+ per annum (Doe)

Role Requirements:
Desirable knowledge
Leadership skills
NVQ’s within catering
Good communication skills, tact and diplomacy, team work and administration
Flexible to cover hours dependant on needs

What Your Typical Day Involves
• Creating a varied and nutritional menu in line with dietary needs and preferences
• Training and managing the kitchen team in prepping cooking and serving of food
• Managing all mandatory paperwork including: adhering to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies and procedures, budgets, managing orders and deliveries
