Heart Function and Critical Care Nurse

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with complex heart failure and cardiovascular conditions. This will involve working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal health and well-being for patients and their families.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and consultation skills, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based practices in nursing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver compassionate and patient-centered care to cardiac patients with complex heart failure and cardiovascular conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve the quality of life for patients and their families.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nursing, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in hospital committees and research projects to contribute to the development of nursing practice and policy.
**Work Environment:**
This is a casual position, with hours varying and shifts assigned on short notice. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
