Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at East Kootenay Regional Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, enhancing their quality of life and supporting their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to ICU patients, working independently and as part of a team
- Enhance patient and family well-being through consultation, collaboration, and education
- Participate in continuous quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
- Maintain and advance clinical competence through ongoing education and professional development
- Contribute to hospital committees and research projects as assigned
This is a casual opportunity, with hours not guaranteed and shifts potentially at short notice. However, this role offers a chance to gain valuable experience and contribute to the well-being of our patients and community.
