Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Civils Construction Engineer to join our team. As a Graduate Civils Construction Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of our construction projects, working closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site surveys and set-out to ensure accurate measurements and layouts.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and calculations to ensure quality control and compliance with building regulations.
  • Monitor construction progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to project deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients and conduct site investigations to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Liaise with quantity surveyors to ensure accurate material ordering and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and legislation, as well as sustainability best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Construction discipline.
  • Full UK manual driving license.
  • Strong passion for a career in civils/construction engineering.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in engineering and a desire to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
