About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marine Structure FEA Analyst to join our team at Babcock International Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in delivering complex FEA analysis tasks and supporting product development throughout the design lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and deliver complex FEA analysis tasks
  • Use deep technical knowledge to support product development
  • Provide technical support to key customers
  • Ensure efficient and effective delivery of engineering outputs
  • Generate analytical methodologies for stress analysis studies and produce justified technical solutions
Requirements
  • Professional expertise in FEA
  • Mechanical or structural experience within ships
  • Nonlinear analysis experience
  • Experience in the use and application of ANSYS, LD-Dyna, or Altair Hyperworks
