  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to care staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior care role, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
