Job Summary

The Learning and Development Commissioning and Apprenticeship Team at CRA GROUP LIMITED engages services and external partners to identify learning and development requirements, promoting equitable access and meeting identified needs through the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of impactful learning and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivers timely and efficient specialist administrative support to a team with an awareness of team requirements, prioritizing day-to-day work in the short term and working with colleagues to deliver objectives and a customer-focused service.
  • Processes timely and accurate changes to customer records or other administration tasks relating to the team service as instructed, utilizing large customer databases.
  • Performs related calculations and works with formulae when necessary.
  • Analyses information to draw conclusions relating to customer records, payments, and to process various related tasks appropriately.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant technical knowledge of procedures and practices associated with operating an administrative service.
  • Sound and accurate overall IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office and particularly Excel.
  • 4 GCSEs with A-C (grades 9-4) passes, including Maths and English, or equivalent qualification or experience demonstrating that level of numeracy and literacy.
Additional Information

Hybrid expectation of at least a Wednesday in-office. 37 hours per week.
