Key Responsibilities:

We are expanding our nursing team and are seeking a Lead Nursing Practitioner for our facility. The ideal candidate will possess the dedication and enthusiasm to enhance patient care while embodying Fairlie Healthcare's Core Values in their everyday responsibilities.

  • Providing top-tier, evidence-based, and patient-centered clinical care by:
  • Ensuring consistent high standards of care for all Residents.
  • Complying with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct at all times.
  • Engaging and supporting Residents, their families, caregivers, and friends throughout the care process.
  • Upholding a general duty of care for the health, safety, and well-being of yourself, colleagues, visitors, and Residents within the facility.
  • Adhering to the facility's policies, procedures, and standards, along with all relevant statutory and professional obligations.
  • Maintaining confidentiality, dignity, and privacy for all Residents.
  • Following the facility's commitment to equality and diversity, respecting each Resident's cultural and religious beliefs, gender, ethnicity, age, and sexuality.
  • Strictly observing the facility's Infection Control Protocols, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Registered Nurse (RN1) with active NMC registration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Competence in administering and managing oral medications.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing workloads effectively.
  • A genuine passion for patient healthcare.
