Role Overview
As a Nursing Services Manager at our Highfield House care home, you will oversee nursing services to ensure top-quality patient care. Responsibilities include staff management, admissions, care plans, and creating a safe environment for patients and families.
Key Requirements:
- Nursing Management, Critical Care, and Patient Care expertise
- Strong background in nursing and medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in various healthcare settings
- Experience with Ventilator and Tracheostomy Care
- Leadership background, ideally with roster coordination experience
