Product Pre-Sales Engineer
Job Summary:Dahua Technology is a world-leading video-centric smart IoT solution and service provider. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team in the UK & Ireland. As a Product Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering key tasks such as product pre-sales promotion, product training, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide product pre-sales promotion, including introducing new product features to Channel Customers, helping customers to select products, and working with sales staff for sales targets.
- Provide product training to technical engineers for our channel customers and help them to improve the standard of their technical knowledge.
- Helping customers prepare tender documents and making tenders to the required standards.
- Actively assist our business partners such as distributors and resellers in Brand promotion, cooperating with the Dahua Marketing Team about promotional materials for customers to develop the company's business.
- Provide technical support and advising on all aspects of video surveillance equipment for sales staff and customers, including responding to customers on technical problems, cooperating with R&D on troubleshooting, and doing integration with third-party companies.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, alarm, access control, door entry, video conference, VMS, cloud storage, video wall, video/audio matrix, network, and industrial drone products.
- Proven ability to handle, analyze and synthesise qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
