Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Front of House Coordinator to join our team at Property Management Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our residential development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming presence at the main reception desk, ensuring that all residents and guests feel valued and supported.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the front of house, including responding to resident requests, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure that the property is maintained to a high standard, including the cleanliness and comfort of the reception area and common parts.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as logging messages, requests, and events, and coordinating access and building systems.
  • Monitor and respond to alarms, and liaise with emergency services as required.
  • Report and monitor health and safety issues, and ensure a safe working practice is adhered to.
  • Perform other duties as directed, including collecting and disposing of refuse, and maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the building.
Requirements
  • Experience in a front of office or customer service role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Basic to intermediate IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
