About the Role

The Timegate Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing the utilization of Timegate across the portfolio of properties managed by Savills Management Resources. This position requires a strong understanding of Timegate's capabilities and a keen eye for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Setting up New Properties

  • Ensure new employees are set up in Timegate correctly to enable seamless data transfer.
  • Configure new properties in Timegate, including property hierarchy, user setup, overtime, and bank holiday rules.
  • Develop and deliver training programs as required.

Cascade / Timegate Link

  • Maintain an up-to-date Cascade report with all staff to be migrated into Timegate.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and development teams to ensure accurate absence reporting.
  • Develop payroll reporting functionality within Timegate.

Functionality of Timegate

  • Oversee Timegate usage across the portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Set up 'Available to Work' functionality and introduce it across the portfolio.
  • Develop Insights reporting module to support Area Managers.
  • Drive use of the Employment portal and keep it updated with new content.
Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Strong working knowledge of Timegate, including Time and Attendance, Employment portal, Insights, and payroll modules.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Timegate.
  • Project management skills.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Working Hours

09:00 to 17:30 with flexibility as required by the role.
