Job Title: Security Coordinator

Wilson James is a leading managed service provider dedicated to delivering tailored solutions and top-tier customer service. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Security Coordinator to join our team in central London.

Job Summary:

The Security Coordinator will primarily support the Business Director and Business Manager with their respective contracts to improve compliance, reduce costs, identify efficiencies, encourage staff engagement, and enhance our offering to clients. The role involves coordinating and supporting the portfolio by providing robust administration provisions to ensure it meets business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Business Director and Business Manager with contract administration
  • Coordinate and manage meetings, slide packs, and documentation
  • Prepare and analyze data using Timegate and Wilson James Business Cloud
  • Develop and maintain trackers and project planners
  • Prepare presentations for senior management as needed
  • Document control and preparation
  • Organize and attend voice/video conference calls, telephone calls, and other inquiries
  • Prioritize daily workload and meet deadlines
Requirements:
  • Previous administration experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to use Microsoft suite of software (Project Planner, Excel, Word, Outlook) to collate and analyze data
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexible, proactive, and task-oriented
  • Diplomatic and able to engage and develop relationships with stakeholders
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize workload and deliver to deadlines
  • Analytical and methodical problem-solving skills
