About the Role

ONNEC Group, a leading independent technology partner and global integrator, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to ensure smooth operations and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply organizational and office management skills to support the Pre Sales & Sales Team in ensuring the smooth running of Pre Sales & Sales Office functions.
  • Provide a professional and helpful service to internal staff, supporting and encouraging their usage of the office systems, and provide additional administrative assistance when appropriate.
  • Work within the Services Support arena to ensure customer contracts are up to date and the information accurately reflects the contract.
  • Process Sales Orders for the company, so Sales reports can be compiled.
  • Manage the transition of a small opportunity from Sales to the Operational arena and onwards to project completion.
  • Assist the Sales Operations Manager in all projects as required.
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls for the Pre Sales / Sales Departments.
  • General office administration consisting of photocopying, scanning, shredding.
  • Assist in various management tasks including production of monthly Pre Sales/Sales Reports and Internal Communications during times of absence.
  • Input information into a CRM database.
  • Assist the Pre Sales/Sales team to ensure adherence to processes and procedures.
  • Understand commercial sensitivity when dealing with customers and apply a reasonable commercial attitude.
  • Adhere to CRM Procedures as a basis to facilitate business processes.
  • Assist in the coordination of day-to-day system functionality, advocating appropriate use, while highlighting any non-compliance to the Sales Operations Manager.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the company database, ensuring the integrity of the data used as a marketing and telemarketing tool.
Requirements
  • Use of Microsoft products, especially a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
