Role Overview

This position presents an exciting opportunity within the Touchstone sales team. The primary focus of this role is to assist the Mobilization Manager in the initiation and stabilization of new client contracts across all services provided by Touchstone. Responsibilities will include supporting the transition of contracts and ensuring the retention of existing clients. Additionally, you may be tasked with various projects as needed, depending on the flow of onboarding activities. Collaboration with the Mobilization Manager and other team members from sales and operations will be essential, particularly in handling administrative tasks.

Our goal is to deliver a seamless experience during the onboarding and offboarding of contracts. You will play a key role in developing, agreeing upon, and implementing necessary policies, procedures, and processes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a resilient and dependable problem-solver with strong decision-making capabilities. You should be able to navigate the complexities of a new work environment while balancing specific project demands with broader operational objectives. A solid understanding of Touchstone's business model, property management processes, and familiarity with intermediate rentals, Build to Rent, or Shared Ownership is preferred. Key qualities include a positive outlook, a willingness to learn, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and strong communication abilities across all organizational levels. You should be proficient in presenting processes clearly, taking ownership of your responsibilities, and cultivating beneficial relationships with both internal and external clients. Attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a keen interest in business and marketing are essential for success in this role.
