About You
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Electronic Measurement Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our customers and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of orders and enquiries.
About the Opportunity
This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for managing the supply chain, monitoring new product and repair delivery to agreed plans and service levels, and communicating progress to customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an interface for customer and strategic supplier orders and enquiries
- Liaise with the technical resource in the team to resolve issues
- Assist in managing the supply chain
