Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Position: Sales Administrator
Location: Matlock
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Basic salary from £22,500 per annum
Reporting To: Team Leader
The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our local sales team in sales-related administration tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Creating Introduction Presentations and Proposals: Develop engaging presentations and proposals for clients to showcase our services and products.
- Creating Mood Boards: Design visually appealing mood boards for clients to help them visualize our solutions.
- Costing Up Jobs and Producing Quotations: Accurately calculate costs and create quotations for clients.
- Client Record Management: Maintain and update client records on our CRM system as needed.
- Customer Agreements: Prepare and issue customer agreements.
- Email Monitoring: Monitor colleagues' emails when they are on annual leave.
- Monthly Sales Documents: Complete and submit monthly sales documents.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other tasks as required by the team.
Requirements:
- Previous Administration Experience: Advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent IT Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Previous Sales Admin Experience: Desirable but not necessary.
- Tender Process Knowledge: Advantageous but not essential.
