The Strategic Partnerships Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding the QSR Europe business across the UK and Ireland. This position involves identifying and pursuing new avenues to introduce our top-tier products, programs, and digital food safety solutions to potential clients in the fast-food, coffee-chain, and small footprint convenience sectors. Success hinges on the ability to comprehend the challenges, requirements, and opportunities faced by operators in the market, effectively showcasing the value of Ecolab's QSR-specific offerings to secure new business.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and manage a pipeline of opportunities utilizing SalesForce for tracking purposes. Monitor progress on a weekly basis. Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives, focusing on prioritized opportunities from initial contact to successful closure. Collaborate with the QSR Europe North regional team and the Area Manager to coordinate new business launches, transitioning rollout activities to the field team and ongoing account management to appropriate team members. Participate in relevant industry events to establish a professional reputation for Ecolab within the sector. Partner with the QSR Europe Marketing team to utilize sales materials effectively and enhance our professional online presence. Coordinate with other divisions to share opportunities and ensure respect for the scope of QSR new business/prospecting. Provide weekly updates and conduct quarterly reviews.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor's degree with over seven years of experience, ideally in a B2B context. Demonstrated sales success in identifying opportunities and securing sales victories. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and sound judgment in a dynamic environment are essential. Proven initiative and capability to work autonomously while managing multiple tasks. Strong relationship management and consulting skills. Problem-solving aptitude to determine effective customer solutions. Ability to identify key supporters and decision-makers within potential clients, aligning strategies and programs with their needs to ensure timely success for each opportunity. Proven negotiation and presentation skills. High self-motivation and a results-driven mindset. Understanding and commitment to customer priorities. Familiarity with the consumer food industry and established contacts is advantageous. Well-developed leadership qualities with the ability to foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and SalesForce.
