Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to collaborate with our team to draft and send letters to licensees and attorneys following the determination of complaints during triage.

Responsibilities:

  • Select the appropriate letter template and accurately input investigation data with high attention to detail.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office software with a strong emphasis on Excel for sorting data, designing spreadsheets, and creating accurate data plots.
  • Learn new software quickly and extract data from multiple websites.
  • Maintain both electronic and manual files within large databases.
  • Operate office equipment such as copiers, printers, fax machines, and scanners.
  • Answer emails with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or post-high school education as a legal secretary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience in setting up and managing electronic files.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with the public in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
  • Over 2 years of experience handling large databases in an organized and logical manner.
  • Proficient typing skills.
