Senior Associate in Client Solutions for Healthcare Investments

The Senior Associate for Client Solutions in the Healthcare sector is a pivotal role within our EMEA Private Equity Financial Services division. This position is based in London and involves engaging with a distinguished client portfolio at leading financial institutions across the EMEA region, including some of the largest Private Equity funds, Hedge funds, and Sovereign funds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initially, focus on understanding the workflow by recruiting senior industry experts to expand GLG's network within the Healthcare domain.
- After successful certification in recruitment, manage time-sensitive projects for clients centered on Healthcare investments.
- Utilize GLG's extensive network to align Council Members with client requirements.
- Engage daily with GLG's experts via phone to assess profiles, ensuring a precise match for client projects.
- Maintain accountability for client projects and enhance the overall client experience.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to deepen understanding of their needs.
- Towards the end of your tenure, collaborate with the Business Development team to brainstorm content ideas and strategize user engagement to boost revenue and retain existing accounts.
- Work alongside GLG's Events and Strategic Projects teams to propose and implement a variety of products.
- Assist senior team members in organizing virtual and live content events.
- Prepare for and participate in client meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A strong interest in the healthcare industry and eagerness to learn about investment decision-making processes.
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills with proven client service experience.
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- A collaborative mindset with a strong desire to work in a team-oriented setting.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, or related Life Sciences fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in a client service-oriented role post-graduation, ideally within the Healthcare sector.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus but not mandatory.
After achieving specific qualitative goals, successful Senior Client Solutions Associates typically advance to Client Solutions Manager positions, where they manage their own client portfolio and oversee junior team members.
