Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our team at Project People. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in implementing marketing strategies for our Home Broadband product, ensuring comms requirements are supported and aligned with business goals.
- Creative Development: Support the development of sales-driving creative across various media and channels specific to Home Broadband, working with creative agencies and internal teams on production timelines, quality, and cost management.
- Media Planning and Budgeting: Assist with media planning and budget tracking for Home Broadband performance marketing campaigns across different channels.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the brand and retail marketing teams to deliver effective, integrated Home Broadband marketing communication plans.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Help monitor campaign performance and report results against key objectives, such as sign-ups, conversion rates, and lead generation. Provide feedback to identify areas for optimization in Home Broadband marketing efforts.
- Experience: Some experience in communications planning, creative development, or media execution, with a focus on supporting campaigns for Home Broadband or related industries.
- Skills: Experience or familiarity working with creative or media teams to support the delivery of Home Broadband marketing campaigns. Basic understanding of media budgeting and cost management with a willingness to develop numerical skills specific to Home Broadband marketing.
- Personal Qualities: Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset, eager to learn and adapt to new trends in Home Broadband performance marketing. Analytical mindset – an interest in working with data and insights to inform marketing decisions specific to driving Home Broadband sign-ups and customer retention.
- Education: Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
