About the Role
We are seeking a talented Marketing Performance Specialist to join our team at Project People. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns focused on Home Broadband.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of performance marketing creatives for Home Broadband across both offline channels (DRTV, radio, press, door drops, etc.) and digital channels (search, social, display), as well as assist with our owned channels such as website banners and customer communications.
- Assist in the analysis and optimization of performance marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of media plans, paid media, and performance marketing metrics.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset, eager to learn and adapt to new trends in Home Broadband performance marketing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
