Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for Home Broadband within various business units, ensuring communication requirements are supported and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop sales-driving creative across various media and channels specific to Home Broadband, focusing on production timelines, quality, and cost management.
  • Assist with media planning and budget tracking for Home Broadband performance marketing campaigns across different channels.
  • Work with the brand and retail marketing teams to deliver effective, integrated Home Broadband marketing communication plans.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report results against key objectives, such as sign-ups, conversion rates, and lead generation, providing feedback to identify areas for optimization in Home Broadband marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Experience in communications planning, creative development, or media execution, with a focus on supporting campaigns for Home Broadband or related industries.
  • Experience or familiarity working with creative or media teams to support the delivery of Home Broadband marketing campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of media budgeting and cost management with a willingness to develop numerical skills.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset, eager to learn and adapt to new trends in performance marketing.
  • Analytical mindset – an interest in working with data and insights to inform marketing decisions specific to driving Home Broadband sign-ups and customer retention.
  • Curiosity about the modern media landscape and an understanding of how different channels drive business outcomes, with a focus on learning and development in digital and social media marketing.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in Home Broadband product marketing.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Home Broadband or telecommunications experience is a plus but not required.
