CCA Recruitment Group is excited to collaborate with a prominent UK brand seeking to appoint a new Outbound Sales Supervisor.
Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that your team achieves its sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), while also fostering a culture of exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities of the Outbound Sales Supervisor:
1. Overseeing a team of around 15 outbound sales representatives in a contact center environment.
2. Establishing and enforcing standards and best practices to meet commercial goals.
3. Crafting and executing effective sales strategies.
4. Documenting coaching sessions thoroughly and ensuring regular follow-ups.
5. Delivering exemplary customer service while meeting sales, productivity, and retention targets.
6. Demonstrating experience in a managerial or leadership role within a sales-driven contact center.
7. Proven track record of consistently achieving monthly sales targets in both inbound and outbound settings.
