About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at HotelCare. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene standards of various pub environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks to maintain public areas, toilets, and other designated areas to the highest standards.
  • Use company clocking in/out system when starting and finishing work and taking breaks.
  • Handle and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the early morning shift.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and efficiently by the end of the shift.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role, preferably within the hospitality or pub industry.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and best practices.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
