Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Civils Operative to join our team at Stonbury. As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work on our Water Utility and Environmental Agency contracts.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with site preparation, including unloading and storing materials and plant
• Store, handle, and dispose of materials correctly
• Perform physical tasks such as basic timber shuttering, drainage, and kerb laying
• Operate heavy machinery with CPCS training
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
• Follow company safety guidelines and instructions

Requirements
• Full clean driving license
• Experience working on-site in a labourer capacity
• Self-motivation and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to work at heights safely
• Ability to follow instructions and take personal responsibility
• Ability to lift, carry, and push equipment
• Ability to act on initiative, particularly in respect to Health & Safety
• Good driving skills in company vans
• Willingness to attend training courses and travel for work
