Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Catering Unit Manager to join our team at Education Catering. As a Catering Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a busy kitchen producing food from fresh ingredients for our customers. You will work term time, during school hours, and will be responsible for running a catering operation and team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of catering staff to ensure high-quality food service and exceptional customer service
* Plan and prepare menus, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

* Experience in a similar catering environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work at pace and maintain high standards
* Enthusiasm and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
