We are seeking an experienced Governance, Quality and Risk Manager to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate investigations of adverse events, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Lead clinical audit initiatives, promoting evidence-based best practices and driving continuous improvement.
- Develop and disseminate patient safety-related information across all levels of the hospital, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Lead the development of methods and processes to manage clinical risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Engage with colleagues to manage policy development and implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain knowledge and skills, as well as support the development of others, to drive excellence in governance and risk management.

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- HCPC or NMC registration with no restrictions.
- Previous experience working in governance, quality, and risk management.
- Experience working in the private clinical sector.
- Leadership and team development experience.
- Evidence of participation in audit activities.
- Degree-level education.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and closing actions.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn Spire Healthcare systems.
