Key Responsibilities- Enhance Customer Experience - You actively work with your management team to achieve and maintain our key customer service priorities, and guide colleagues to achieve superior store presentation and customer satisfaction.
- Expand Our Reach - Your involvement in daily operations is crucial for your store's success and is key to achieving and maintaining our vital customer service priorities.
- Experience of supervising medium sized retail teams in a fast-moving retail environment to achieve significantly high weekly sales targets
