Our client, a reputable care provider, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Deputy Care Manager to join their team at their 64-bedded home near Chelmsford.
As a Clinical Deputy Care Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Clinical Care Manager to provide exceptional support to residents with diverse needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and maintaining high standards of care delivered by staff
- Implementing policies and procedures to ensure seamless care delivery
- Ensuring the home is fully staffed at all times to meet resident needs
- Leading the wellbeing of each resident, including changes to their care and necessary actions
- Acting as a primary point of contact for residents, their relatives, visitors, and healthcare professionals
