Our client, a reputable care provider, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Deputy Care Manager to join their team at their 64-bedded home near Chelmsford. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to residents with varying needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and a caring personality to motivate their team and residents. Experience working with dementia is essential, and a valid NMC pin is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and maintain high standards of care delivered by staff
  2. Implement and enforce policies and procedures
  3. Ensure the home is fully staffed at all times
  4. Oversee the wellbeing of each resident, including changes to their care and necessary actions
  5. Act as a lead contact person for residents, their relatives, visitors, and healthcare professionals
