We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our client's team in a thriving business based in the Leicestershire area.

This is a great opportunity to develop your finance skills working alongside the Finance Manager in an office-based role up to 28 hours a week, ideally over 5 working days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices and generate customer invoices
  • Allocate payments and reconcile accounts on a daily basis
  • Deal with incoming enquiries to the department and liaise both internally and externally
  • Set up and update customer accounts and perform various administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a finance function
  • Good attention to detail and ability to liaise and communicate at all levels
  • IT literate with a working knowledge of Sage would be an advantage
  • Able to prioritize own workload and work as part of a team
