Financial Manager

Alexander Daniels is proud to support a rapidly growing tech business in Leicester in their search for a Finance Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team while being hands-on with the production of management accounts and consolidation of group accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Production of monthly management accounts with variance analysis
- Balance sheet and reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Analysis of the Group's financial performance on a periodic basis
- Treasury management and FOREX
- Management of the company's cash flow
- Assistance with budgeting and forecasting
- Day-to-day management and development of 2 direct reports
- Ensuring the accuracy of the sales and purchase ledger
The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent) with experience in SME group consolidation and management account production. This role would suit someone looking to progress into finance leadership in a dynamic business.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary, 22 days' holiday per year plus bank holidays, which increase with service, a company pension, and hybrid working arrangements (3-4 days a week on-site).
