About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with IT systems, hardware, and software
  • Collaborate with the 1st Line Support team to ensure seamless support and escalation processes
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software to provide expert support
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IT projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • 1st/2nd Line Support experience in a similar role
  • Office 365 / Azure / Intune experience
  • TCP/IP / DNS / DHCP / VPN experience
  • Active Directory experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
