Autism Specialist Mentor

Clear Links Support Ltd is seeking a dedicated Autism Specialist Mentor to provide one-to-one support to students with autism spectrum condition in Bury St Edmunds and Guildford. As a Specialist Mentor, you will work closely with students to develop strategies for managing anxiety, improving concentration and time management skills, and enhancing their overall academic experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person support to students in Bury St Edmunds and Guildford
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with students to identify and address barriers to academic success
- Offer guidance on strategies for managing anxiety, improving concentration, and enhancing time management skills
Requirements:
- Availability to work in Bury St Edmunds and Guildford
- Relevant degree and six National Autistic Society online training modules or Optimum Student Support training course
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
