Position Title: F-35 Contract Instructor
Location: RAF Marham
Compensation: Competitive
Role Overview:
As a F-35 Contractor Instructor, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional training support to F-35B Lightning squadron pilots. Your expertise will be crucial in:
- Providing comprehensive training aligned with the established Lightning Force Headquarters Air Command syllabi.
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical systems as designated by the ITC Instructional Lead.
- Facilitating high-quality ground school training and pilot-specific synthetic training using advanced simulation tools.
- Offering Instructor Operator Station (IOS) Console support to Lightning squadron Instructor Pilots as needed.
- Contributing to the development and enhancement of training syllabi, mission scenarios, and tactics to meet the operational requirements of the Lightning weapon system.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- Demonstrated proficiency as a P1 in an operational Fighter Jet aircraft.
- Possession of a Pairs lead qualification.
- Relevant professional military experience.
Desirable:
- Prior experience in instructing on an Operational Conversion Unit Fighter Jet Training Squadron.

About the Integrated Training Centre Support Team:
In your role as a F-35 Contractor Instructor, you will be integrated into the state-of-the-art Integrated Training Centre (ITC), where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality synthetic training support to all F-35B Lightning pilots.
