About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educarer to join our team at Broomfield SILC. As a key member of our staff, you will provide medical support to our pupils, enabling them to access education on our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical support to pupils, including administering daily medical interventions
  • Work collaboratively with our NHS Nursing Team to ensure the best possible care for our pupils
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Ability to relate well to children and young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to use initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Good Maths and English skills
  • Good IT skills, including use of email and medical records
