About the Role

We are seeking an Educarer to join our team at Broomfield SILC, a special school for pupils aged 2 to 19 years with a range of needs. As an Educarer, you will provide medical support that allows pupils to access education on our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical support to pupils, including managing and administering daily medical interventions
  • Work collaboratively with the NHS Inclusion Nursing Team to ensure the health and well-being of pupils
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Contribute to the development of individualized care plans for pupils
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
