Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Business Planning and Analysis to join our team at Optimum Recruitment Group Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic commercial guidance to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Management Team to develop and implement financial plans and forecasts that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage and lead a team of business partners to deliver high-quality financial analysis and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to the Board and senior management.
  • Work closely with the Management Team to identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve financial planning and analysis capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) with relevant PQE accounting experience.
  • Proven experience in finance business partnering, fostering collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation to drive performance for the business, the team, and themselves.
  • Previous industry experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
