Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Sharp Consultancy is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving business performance and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
- Provide analysis and insights to senior stakeholders to support strategic planning
- Ownership and delivery of reporting packs and ad hoc analysis to internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and drive a robust budgeting and strategic planning process to align business strategy and funding requirements
- Drive and deliver KPI performance metrics to advise leadership on business performance
- Support the forecasting process and review operational assumptions to ensure optimal decisions
- Support the finance director in all aspects of corporate financial management
- Business partner with various functions, including sales, operations, and HR
