We are a leading financial services company seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Finance Manager. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and partnering with senior leaders to achieve our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 3 direct and 8 indirect reports to maximize financial performance and ensure budget commitments are met.
  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and models to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Provide financial insight and analysis to support business initiatives and projects, ensuring they are viable and deliver expected benefits.
  • Collaborate with operational and financial stakeholders to optimize financial performance and deliver against ambitious budget commitments.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with senior leaders to challenge P&L and KPI performance and drive improvements.

Requirements

  • Qualified CIMA / ACA / ACCA accountant with post-qualification experience and proven experience in finance business partnering and commercial FP&A.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving business performance and delivering financial results.
