The Recruitment Group is seeking a committed and enthusiastic professional to take on the role of Branch Operations Manager. In this position, you will oversee a team of recruitment specialists to achieve sales objectives and provide exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver effective staffing solutions.
  • Develop a pool of candidates through targeted recruitment efforts and interviews.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing the sales pipeline.
  • Evaluate branch performance and execute strategies for enhancement.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages team development.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success as a Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • History of generating new business and sustaining client partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
