We are looking for an experienced branch manager or team leader with aspirations to grow and lead a branch. You will have the support of head office for compliance, internal recruitment, HR, and day-to-day operations.

Your job will be to lead from the front, juggling billing with hiring and growing your new team. You will have a resourcer from day one and as your branch grows, there will be opportunities to reduce your billing responsibilities.

As a Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for driving this successful branch to its full potential. You will need to have a successful track record of agency recruitment and ideally have some management experience in education recruitment.

  • Leading from the front to develop business alongside your team
  • Developing and implementing branch sales plans to deliver the required results
  • Adding to your headcount to build the best possible team
  • Conducting regular 121s and team briefs
  • Recognising employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
  • Motivating the team to gain the highest possible outcomes through activity
  • Evaluating team and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching
  • Drafting forecasts, business plans, and managing budgets
