Recruitment Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our new branch in the education recruitment sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing sales plans, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and implement branch sales plans to deliver required results, conduct regular sales and operations meetings, and lead from the front to develop business alongside your team.
- Team Management: Add to your headcount to build the best possible team, align your branch to the Long-term Teachers culture, and conduct regular 121s and team briefs.
- Performance Management: Evaluate team and individual performance, provide feedback and coaching, and recognize employee achievements and encourage excellence in the work environment.
- Financial Management: Draft forecasts, business plans, and manage budgets, allocate branch funds, and define financial objectives.
