We are seeking a highly skilled Specification Sales Manager to join our team at Jamieson Clark, a global manufacturer of renewable technologies.

About the Role

This is a brand-new opportunity to lead the specification sales process into new build housing and social housing projects across the UK. You will be responsible for specifying our industry-leading product portfolio of energy-efficient and low-carbon renewable heating systems, including air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, and electric boilers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with national housebuilders, regional housebuilders, developers, and social housing providers
  • Specify our products through regional offices of national housebuilders, regional housebuilders, developers, and local authorities
  • Offer industry-leading solutions to meet government and industry carbon efficiency regulations
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and grow our market share
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £55k - £60k, plus an uncapped OTE of £90k, a company car, private health, dental, and high pension contribution. You will also have access to a mobile and laptop.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a successful sales record selling specified products into new build housing or social housing projects. Experience within the heating, renewables, or domestic plumbing industry is highly desirable.
