Learning and Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at South West Water. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to identify organizational and individual learning needs, using various methods such as surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
- Curate and develop engaging learning curricula, courses, and training materials tailored to meet identified learning objectives and organizational goals.
- Deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops, and learning activities using a variety of modalities, including instructor-led training, coaching, on-the-job training, e-learning, virtual classrooms, and blended learning approaches.
- Collaborate with senior management to design and implement leadership development programs aimed at enhancing the capabilities of current and future leaders within the organization.
- Adopt a holistic view of Talent Management, incorporating Career Development and Succession Planning, to deliver a comprehensive plan and associated learning interventions.
- CIPD qualified or significant equivalent experience in Learning and Development.
- Coaching qualified and practiced in coaching.
- Proven experience in learning and development, talent management or associated fields, with a focus on instructional design and training delivery.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities within established timelines and budgets.
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners at all levels of the organization.
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
