  • Conduct regular checks of emergency lighting systems, water and boiler temperatures to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants, handling reports of leaks and other maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain a presence at the concierge desk, providing reception-type services such as greeting residents and taking calls.
  • Perform walk-throughs of the building to ensure common areas are kept tidy and up to the required standards.
  • Utilise problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues efficiently, reducing the need for external support.
  • Work independently, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience in building maintenance or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
